Russ Carnahan saddled his constituents with Obamacare, a massive takeover of the health care system. The U.S. spends $5.8 billion to incarcerate illegal aliens for various crimes, an alarming number of them violent offenses. ¹ Russ Carnahan's negligence has cost as much as 15% of construction jobs ². According the Business Journal¹, Tom Carnahan’s company received $90 million in taxpayer money from the stimulus bill. Congressman Russ Carnahan voted for the stimulus bill that will fund roughly 20% of the total cost of the project. 20% is a familiar figure – it is the typical amount lenders want to see provided by the project owner.

Russ Carnahan provided his brother Tom Carnahan with the $90 million dollar down payment for a wind farm at taxpayer’s expense.
